We stayed 4 nights during Christmas 2023. I really love this hotel. The room was neat and clean, looked very new, no odor etc.. The kids liked the TV very much, that was a big LED TV which is rarely seen in other hotels. They have 24 hours coffee and hot water, complementary breakfast with multiple choices and also in good quality. Parking is $15 per day, but a lot of spots there and compared to other hotels in this area, that is acceptable. The people at reception desk were very nice and check in took only a few minutes. We really love our stay and will definitely revisit next time.

Excellent place to stay! Very good location near airport! Breakfast! I stayed there Four days . There was two things why did not give it five star first * They do not have every day cleaning room you have to schedule it In advance. Second Very small showerhead You can barely feel the water . All other things was great Extremely clean room Smart TV!👍

Fantastic hotel and location. We arrived late and took an Uber. I didn’t even think about the shuttle but that is a great option for next time. The hotel is clean and safe with plenty to do around. The rate was also the lowest for our time there. This hotel also had one of the best settings and free breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton property. Overall, don’t hesitate if you are undecided.

Location was good, but the shuttles stop at 10:30pm, so if you have a late flight that’s good to know ahead of time. Breakfast was great and staff was very nice but the room was so dirty. The comforter had lots of red spots, there was a cookie in the heater, and no soap in the dispenser. Also, the carpet looked dirty and had lots of spots on it. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me, so I was definitely disappointed.

Staff was amazing and welcoming. Complementary breakfast was good, 10yr old loved making own waffle. I enjoyed the available coffee all day. Room was very clean and spacious. Views of bay. It being comic con weekend, hotel was busy but room was quiet and everyone friendly. As a gold member, received Complementary waters and choice of snake that daughter got to pick and front desk gal made her feel special. I look forward to staying again and taking advantage of the pool.

The location is close to the airport but we did not hear any airplane related noise. It is about 10 minutes to the busy downtown area, so it was laid back, quiet and relaxing. At the front desk, the lady whose name is Sirpa kindly took our request for a different room. This made our 2-night/3-day stay so wonderful. Thank you, Sirpa! Also, the cleaning attendant, Juan, was not only keeping everything so clean on the first floor, he also was so kind and friendly, he helped us find the restroom and the elevator. We would chat other times as well. All other employees were very nice, too. The lobby and backyard pool area were contemporary and nice. This hotel overall was quite nice compared to other Hampton Inn locations. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business stay.
